You comprehend and agree that UZURI.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such associations or dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers/sponsors on the Service.

You also acknowledge and agree that content/material contained in the sponsor's advertisements, promotions or information presented to you through the Service or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

Termination

The User agrees that UZURI.com may terminate the user's password, account or use of the Service if UZURI.com believes that the user has violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the UZURI.com's Terms and condition, or has violated the rights of UZURI.com or other users.

The user further agrees that UZURI.com may terminate the user's password, account or use of the Service if the user fails to use the Service at least one time during a period of three months. This time period would be reviewed and determined by UZURI.com from time to time.

The user comprehends and agrees that any termination of service under this agreement under any provision of this agreement may be effected, without cause at any time, with or without any notice to the user and User acknowledges and agrees that UZURI.com may immediately delete all files (email included) in the user's account and bar any further access to such files or the Service

Further, you agree that UZURI.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

Should User object to any terms and conditions of the TOS or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with the Services in any way, User's only recourse is to immediately:

1. Discontinue use of the Services
2. Terminate Services membership
