Tyra Banks a former model herself, hosting two of her own hit shows, America’s Next Top Model and Tyra, continues to stir up the stage for nationwide beauty talent. Millions of girls across the land audition state to state and city to city for a chance just to make the t.v auditions in NewYork!
So what does it really take to win in a casting call? “You just have to have faith” says 21 year old 
Leondrea Foots from Texas. This Top Model contestant was the perfect body type: High cheekbones of an African queen, abundant curves, and barely a size 4. Her only flaw? “ The requirements recommended that you should at least be 5’7…..I’m only 5’4 so I was really shocked and really happy at the same time.” Tyra has once before given shorter height models a chance to strut their stuff on her daytime talk show, an opportunity rarely ever given in the modeling community. Now we are seeing fuller figured more ethnic looks on the runway. With the next season around the corner, who knows how Banks will surprise us.
