Born in Paris, Ylan Anoufa was very much influenced by his grand-father who was a tailor. As a young boy Ylan discovered his talent for art and fashion, when he was only sixteen Ylan Anoufa designs his first jean collection, sold in Paris stores such as “The Killiwatch".
Two years after, being adventurous, Ylan decided to move to New York and became the Head Creative Designer of GTFM Group (Fubu Us Collection, Drunky Monkey, Coogi, Kappa, Heatherette and Willy Esko)... In his twenties he designs additionally for brands such as Seven, Ziami and Muscarii. In 2008, Fashion TV appoints Ylan Anoufa as the Head Designer of Fashion TV Clothing Line.
In 2010, the stylist launched his own lines: couture and ready to wear, both presented during Paris Fashion Weeks. Beside fashion, Ylan Anoufa is creating art sculptures from re-cycled materials such as bottle cups, macintosh computers and toys. The designer remains the head consultant for Fashion TV clothing line.
